Blanca de Castejón made her debut in Hollywood in the early 1930s when Fox needed Spanish-speaking actresses to shoot Spanish versions of their films. After three films, she went to Buenos Aires where she made two films and returned in Hollywood to shoot more films in Spanish. She also wrote screenplays. Walt Disney hired her to be the Spanish voice of the Queen in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. She also gave her voice to one the gossiping elephants in the Spanish version of Dumbo. Soon after that, she moved to Mexico and married actor-director Rafael Banquells. She found fame there and remained active until 1964.
