During the production of his first feature film, many photographs were taken of the crews at work. Some are spontaneous, and many were staged for publicity purposes for publication in magazines, newspapers and other media. One can sometimes recognize details in these photographs that betray their nature, such as storyboards that seem to have been put together solely for the photo without any real coherence. But on the spot or not, these photos tell us a lot about the work at Hyperion. I’ve added a few stills from commercials as well.
