Due to the Spanish Civil War, the release of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in Spain was delayed until 1941. The film was then distributed by Filmofono.
1952
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was re-released in 1952 and distributed by RKO Radio Films until the summer of 1953.
1964
Filmax distributed Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for its 1964 re-release in Spain.
1975
Filmayer S.A. reissued Snow White for Christmas 1975 using the visual of the 1973 French poster, with the tagline “La obra maestra del dibujo animado” (The masterpiece of animation.).
1983
For the 60th anniversary of the Disney studio, Filmayer reissued Snow White, on a double bill with Una Navidad con Mickey (Mickey’s Christmas Carol) for Christmas 1983. This was the first time that the title was changed to “Blancanieves” instead of “Blanca Nieves” until then, specifically for Spain.
1992
In April 1992, Snow White was re-released one last time on Spanish screens by Warner Española S.A.
