A friend of Marge’s
Marge Belcher remembered in a 1987 interview that Paul Godkin, a pupil in her father’s dancing school, modeled for the part of the Queen when she transforms into an old hag. From what Marge remembered, it seems that he probably did the sequences when Snow White and the hag are together.
