Walt Disney’s Dopey – He don’t talk none (955) – 1938

This 12 page book, including covers, is aimed at small children, with linen-like pages. The story is that of Dopey coming home from the mine, blowing bubbles, making music, dancing with the other dwarfs, sleeping next a bunny, and then dusting the house, thus trigerring Sneezy’s sneeze which propels Dopey up on a branch.

This simple story is illustrated by nice color drawings, original to this book but sometimes inspired by other drawings when Dopey blows his bubbles with a pipe, for instance.
